WE WILL NEVER FORGET

July 6, 1994, fourteen wildland firefighters gave their lives on Storm King Mountain during the South Canyon Fire. To honor the Storm King 14 and the surviving fire teams on the 25th Anniversary of this tragic fire, local, state and federal organizations are planning a commemoration July 6, 2019, in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
